This location is spacious and has nice atmosphere. In addition, baristas are very kind and attentive. I’m glad to choose this cafe to chat with my friend. It seems that they usually offer four kinds of drip coffee including maple blend, which is very nice. Their maple latte is also tasty which is my husband’s favourite:)

I recently visited this cafe and the experience was pretty good. I tried their salted caramel latte was absolutely delightful! The bold, rich flavor of the coffee really stood out, perfectly complemented by the smooth caramel notes. It struck a great balance — not overly sweet and with just the right amount of milk, allowing the espresso to truly shine...Really liked it.

The coziest place you can find for getting together with friends. The coffees, the food, and the staff are amazing. I highly recommend it if you want a break from the hustle and bustle of Yonge and Dundas corner. You'd love it at Balzac's!

Great coffee shop with great bakery items and gluten free items as well. Best mocha from an independent shop. Spacious beautiful place with plenty of seating. The cashew cookie is amazing and kept going back to get one during my stay! So smooth and flavorful. Wanted to buy merchandise but not available at this location or online that I could see but will keep checking.

Ordered a latte to go. Latte was OK - about a 4/5. Otherwise, ambiance was spacious, bright and plenty of seating. Comfy spot if you decide to stop by and sit.

Great coffee shop. It's actually a bit of a hidden gem location. Can get quite busy during the school year and when all the students are in the area. But on weekends (especially in the summer) it's a great spot to get some work done or meet up for a coffee and a chat with a friend. Nice tables and chairs outside where you can enjoy the outdoors. It's also kind of quiet, which is surprising for the middle of downtown. Good variety of drinks and cookies/bakery products.

Salted caramel latte was amazing ! Flavour of the coffee was strong and rich: a perfect blend of both the espresso and caramel (not too much milk, and not too much sweetness either). Was hard to find seating though, the entire place was full. Will be coming back :)

I had such a great experience at Balzac's Image Arts! One of the baristas recommended the Iced Maple Pistachio Matcha, and I’m so glad I tried it — the flavors were unique and perfectly balanced. My friend had the Iced Salted Caramel Latte, which was also delicious and not overly sweet. I also grabbed their Pulled Pesto Chicken Sandwich, which they heat up for you — super flavorful and comforting. It’s a little on the pricier side, but honestly worth every penny for the quality and taste. Friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, and great food and drinks. Definitely recommend and I’ll be back again soon!
